West Berkshire Council is looking to recruit day and night Bank/Casual Residential Care Officers for Notrees Care Home which provides residential care for frail elderly people. We can also accommodate residents with dementia, physical dependencies and mental health difficulties. We offer a caring, safe and homely environment in which our residents can live their lives with dignity.

We are looking for a Care Officer who, as part of the senior team, can support the Manager and Assistant Unit Manager with the development of the home and provide advice, guidance and leadership to the staff team.  The Care Officer will have a hands on role in running shifts and be responsible for supervising and supporting our staff to deliver the best care possible.

We believe our residents have choices about their care, and we promote independence as much as possible. We aim to offer social and emotional support to our residents in order to meet their individual needs.
